THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS: Permitted Uses: DP 2-25; Lot 1 PL 9410034 within SW 13-10-16-W4 - Construct 80 sq ft addition to existing dwelling Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of a development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted. Discretionary Uses: DP 171-24; SW 15-10-15-W4 - Construct 4,370 sq ft addition to an existing industrial building DP 3-25; SE 31-9-15-W4 - Install 1,200 sq ft fabric cover style storage building Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice. |
