The latest Development Permits approved by the Development Authority in accordance with Land Use Bylaw No 2011 are posted here as a way of informing the public of new developments in the Municipal District of Taber.

THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS:    


Permitted Uses:

DP 44-25; Lot 1 Blk 1 PL 1310598 within SW 27-9-17-W4 - Construct 947 sq ft addition

Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of a development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted.

Discretionary Uses:

DP 43-25; SE 26-8-15-W4 - Construct 1'x5' (5 sq ft) freestanding sign

DP 45-25; SE 29-8-17-W4 - Construct 1,827 sq ft dwelling w 1,241 sq ft attached garage

DP 46-25; Lot 1 Blk 3 PL 0713942 within SE 28-9-16-W4 - Construct 576 sq ft detached garage

DP 49-25; NE 20-8-17-W4 - Construct 1,900 sq ft dwelling w 900 sq ft attached garage

Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice.
