THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS:    


Permitted Uses:

DP 16-25; Lot 1 Blk 1 PL 0212314 within NE 20-10-15-W4 - Construct 1,872 sq ft w 900 sq ft (existing) attached garage 

DP 17-25; NE 12-9-17-W4 - Construct 2,400 sq ft shop

Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of a development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted.

THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TABER HAS APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPMENT PERMITS:   

 

Permitted Uses:

DP 14-25; Lot 1 Blk 1 PL 2210537 within NE 36-13-19-W4 - Construct 2,664 sq ft dwelling w 996 sq ft

attached garage

DP 21-25; Lot 1 Blk 1 PL 0710532 within SW 14-14-19-W4 - Construct 2,812 sq ft shop

Note: No appeal is available for the issuance of a development for a Permitted use unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw have been relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted.


Discretionary Uses:

DP 15-25; SE 9-14-17-W4 - Install 3.8kW AC, 4.05kW DC roof mount solar array

DP 19-25; SW 16-14-16-W4 - Install 100kW AC, 140.4kW DC ground mount solar array

Any person claiming to be affected by a Development Permit for a Discretionary Use may appeal the decision by submitting a written notice stating reasons for appeal and a $400.00 fee to the MD of Taber Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of this notice.
